Information we collect
Website enquiries may include your name, organisation, email, phone number, organisation type and message. The portal may hold organisation contacts, authorised user accounts, maintenance job details, notes, photographs, provider documents and security records needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide and secure the FacilityBridge service, route and record maintenance jobs, send configured notifications, support users, investigate issues and meet lawful obligations.
Access and disclosure
Portal access is controlled by role and organisation. Information may be processed by hosting, email, backup and other service providers used to operate FacilityBridge. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or with appropriate authority.
Photographs and documents
Users should upload only information needed for the maintenance request. Photographs should not show people or unrelated personal information. Provider documents are private records and are available only to authorised accounts.
Security and retention
FacilityBridge uses access controls, protected storage, encrypted connections, logging and backups. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Records are retained for as long as needed for service, security, legal and operational purposes, then securely deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
Access, correction and contact
To ask about personal information, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, email enquiry@facilitybridge.com.au. Some records may need to be preserved where lawful audit or recordkeeping requirements apply.
